Very pleasant staff and the place was clean. We were upgraded to standard double room with a large bathroom on check in.

The location was fab - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

What a quite comfortable stay, no complaint. Good and magnificent location in York, just next door to a taxi to the town, local convenience store and places to eat.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, had lovely 2 days overall. Comforts of neat triple room with a large bathroom were fabulous. The location was magnificent and exceptionally nice, with Coconut Lagoon nearby, where we could

Had very nice 2 nights here. The staff were pretty friendly people. The hotel was in the central setting to top everything else off.

It's amazing hotel with welcoming staff and free internet. My triple room was fabulous & comfy. The beds were extremely comfy and the bathroom here was large.

Amazing place, very comfy beds, very pleasant staff. Very impressed with triple room. Magnificent location, so close to a performing arts theater. Set within 20 minutes' walk of the bus stop.

Appreciated the standard queen room with a large bathroom and the way it was setup. Everywhere there was fairly clean.
